All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Shared laundry facilities are available directly on the fourth floor and the second floor, close to the elevators.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

While a bit dated, the resort is great for families! I had seen some reviews about the resort not being clean, however, that was not our experience at all! Both the room and the resort were very clean! We didn’t even look at the indoor pool, but we swam in both outdoor pools. Our kids enjoyed playing pickleball each night and there plenty of courts. The walk to the beach is long, so a beach wagon is necessary if you small kids or want to take chairs, umbrellas etc. there is a shuttle however, it only runs during certain time blocks. The room was very clean! We made multiple meals and the kitchen is equipped for basic cooking needs.

The property is in a good location, with beach access via a long boardwalk. We were not thrilled by the lack of extra linens, and there were blood stains on the extra comforter. And there were no beach toys, chairs or beach towels. Also, the kitchen was small and difficult to cook in. and the laundry on site was very busy and difficult to use. We would not stay again, but the location was the draw.

The elevator on 4th. Floor didnt work that was unacceptable because of the laundry room we had to walk up just to do our laundry and our keyless entry didn't work.
