The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay in this pretty, clean, and updated condo. Comfortable furniture and beds, well stocked with essentials and games, etc, and conveniently located within the resort to the pools, elevator, parking, and the beach!

Very clean and spacious. Love the boardwalk access to the beach. Indoor pool and outdoor pool great. Pool cafe/bar, quick delicious vacation food
The only thing missing in condo were kcups ( although I could easily pick some up but would have been convenient to have more than 2 kcups), salt and pepper shakers would have also been nice. Everyone else about the condo was great
