About this house rental
OUR PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

- Dedicated maintenance man in emergency response;
- Electricity consumption until 650 kw/a week;

Mandatory extra to be paid within 2 weeks from arrival:
- Linen (bath towels, pool towels and bed sheets) initial set, € 35/ each set;
- Final cleaning € 594;
- Tourist tax from April 1st to October 30th € 5 a day, over 11 years old.

- Cleaning, min 4 hours per 2 housekeepers € 280 each time
- € 100 / each pet, where they are allowed;
- Chef service from €450 + food and drinks bill / for lunch or dinner ; - Golf cart from €500 to €850 /per week;

- For other services as Transfer, Baby sitting, Tennis etc... (please see Additional services price list)
Villa of 300 sqm with private pool 150 meters from the sea and the sandy beach, covers about 1500 square meters of land.
The villa is on 3 levels.
freshwater swimming pool of 4 x 15 m deep and 1.50 m; furnished with 6 beds, 6 chairs and two sofas with shed.
Patio dining and relaxation area with sofas, barbecue area.
Large sea view terrace furnished with armchairs and equipped area with table and chairs. Large open plan living room with TV area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of a suite with a double bed, a single bed, sea view and large bathroom with tub and shower and 4 bedrooms with two single beds each which can be joined into a double bed. All bedrooms have a full ensuite bathroom.
Access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or guests accredited and quiet and privacy is protected by the active security service 24 hours on 24.

COMPLEX RULES
According to regulations, guests must be accompanied by the agency on their first entry. Please do not go directly to the gate, as access will not be granted. We kindly ask you to meet us at the communicated meeting point. Guests or group members arriving after the check-in time, upon prior communication, may go directly to the gate and state the villa name and the booking surname to gain access.
The use of umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, or similar items is generally prohibited on the beach, as it detracts from the natural beauty of the landscape.
Access for campervans and large vehicles is forbidden. Only passenger cars are permitted.
Pets are not allowed on the beaches. It is strictly forbidden to stop or transit on the beaches with any type of animal, and it is also prohibited to bathe animals both in the port area and in the body of water in front.
Do not throw cigarette butts or matches onto the street: just a small gust of wind can cause dry grass to catch fire and start a blaze.
Inside the complex, it is also forbidden to drive at a speed exceeding 20 km/h, whether by car or electric golf cart, to ensure the safety of all residents and guests.
We kindly inform our guests that from mid-September to mid-June, maintenance or renovation works may take place in some areas of the complex.Most of the time, these are light and non-noisy activities. However, we are not informed in advance about the type of work or the possible noise level.

Luxury villa with stunning panoramic views. Well proportioned bedrooms, comfy beds, mostly en-suite.Simply but beautifully decorated. Stunning landscaped gardens and pool overlooking the ocean. Good wi-fi except one of the bedrooms. Exceptional client service on check in, with well presented guidance on all local beaches, restaurants, shops etc. Only negative was the kitchen, very small and fridge/freezer broken - it made beeping noise every 30seconds and we had to use alternative small freezer in a store room. Washing machine bottom drawer broken. Generally though a stunning property and highly recommend, especially suiting multi-generational groups or friends looking for own space within same villa as villa split into 3-4 separate bedroom units.

Huge beautiful house. Many bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Incredible pool. Amazing views of the sea. Quiet and safe neighborhood with its own small grocery/market store. Hosts are friendly and responsive. Hired the best chef experience for dinner. Close to wonderful beaches, including Santa Teresa. Highly recommend.
