About this villa rental
Set within 11,000 square metres of private grounds, Villa Elena is a peaceful retreat surrounded by Sardinia’s characteristic granite hills, vineyards and Mediterranean countryside. The property offers privacy, tranquillity and beautiful natural surroundings, while remaining close to Palau and some of the most attractive beaches in northern Sardinia.
The villa is only a five-minute drive from the centre of Palau and La Sciumara Beach, approximately ten minutes from Porto Rafael, Porto Pollo and Capo d’Orso, and around thirty minutes from Porto Cervo and the heart of the Costa Smeralda.
The exterior has been carefully designed to blend naturally into the surrounding landscape. Traditional stone from Alà dei Sardi has been used for the walls and outdoor stairways, while the covered terrace features elegant chestnut-wood beams and Orosei marble flooring.
Inside, Villa Elena combines contemporary design with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The property is arranged over two separate floors connected by an external staircase, providing guests with generous shared spaces as well as additional privacy.
The villa features four individually decorated bedrooms, furnished with a combination of king-size, double and single beds, together with four bathrooms and an additional queen-size sofa bed. Villa Elena comfortably accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, and a baby cot is also available.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals and entertaining. The living and dining areas open directly onto the patio and garden, creating an easy flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Several comfortable seating areas are available throughout the property, offering peaceful places to read, relax, enjoy a glass of wine or simply appreciate the surrounding countryside. The villa also includes a children’s playroom and a fully equipped laundry room.
Villa Elena is rented exclusively to one group at a time, giving guests private use of the entire villa, garden and facilities throughout their stay.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a spacious and beautifully maintained garden featuring a private swimming pool, a children’s playground, outdoor dining and lounge furniture, a gas barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The garden is softly illuminated in the evening, creating a welcoming atmosphere for outdoor dinners and relaxing nights under the Sardinian sky.
Private parking is available within the property for up to ten cars.

Beautifully designed and decorated home nestled in the Sardinian countryside. Luxury country villa with modern amenities and appliances. Large yard in front and back with pool and even mini football pitch. Amazing views of vineyards, farms, mountains and even the ocean. Such a peaceful and tranquil location as well.
We were a group of 10 people (6 adults and 4 teenagers) who spent a week in the villa. There are 4 bedrooms each with an en-suite or accompanying bathroom. Two large outdoor dining areas with fabulous views. Decent sized pool with large lounging area. Located a short drive ( ~ 8 minutes ) from Palau and the ocean.
The owner was very accessible during the trip if any issues arose and handled them in a professional and efficient manner. Also, provided many local recommendations from beaches to restaurants. One restaurant was Ristorante Gastronomia Belvedere in Porto Cervo, our favorite meal during the trip.

Our stay there was really perfect.
After reservation it started with the competent and kind communication with the owner who gave us also informations about other points what to do and where to do.
The reception was also very well organized.
Everyday someone came to clean the amazing pool quickly. Every third day a cleaning team was cleaning the mansion.
The house itself has a really high standard in all matters: From the kitchen, bathroom, beds, tables and sunbeds.There is a lot of space and the sourrunding is blast.
Pure nature, no noise of cars or planes.
Many possibilities to sit, relax and chill.
Awsome views even to the sea.
All in all an excellent package
we highly recommand it !

It was an honor to be the first guest in this wonderful villa. The house was rebuilt over the last years and is totally up to today's standards. The venue is situated in a quite spot close to Palau, which allows access to both the surfing spots in the north as the well known spots of costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo). The house is perfect for a family holidays also allowing to relax around the house with a nice pool, many places to spend time, read a book or just enjoy the country side. Communication with the owner / the agency was perfect and we appreciated the welcoming way a lot! Thanks for this perfect week in Palau!
