About this house rental
my minimalist design accommodation based on the canons of modernism has an exceptional view, the sea at 60 meters, is located in the heart of the village, the airport is an hour's drive away, and prehistoric art and culture within a few kilometer. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, the location, the people, the atmosphere and the outdoor spaces. My accommodation is suitable for couples and groups, business travelers, families (with children), large groups, pet friendly.
The house, with a modern and minimal architectural style, is a penthouse on the second floor a few meters from the 'Longa Beach' of the Red Island, with a large terrace overlooking the sea with outdoor furniture and a slightly smaller one on the side, very convenient for eating outside when the mistral blows, as it is protected from the wind.
There is also a mezzanine area with a very characteristic roof.
On the first level there are two double bedrooms, one of which is very large with a king size bed with the possibility of an additional third bed which also has a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom, a third bedroom with bunk beds which is very suitable for children. A bathroom with double sinks and bathtub with overhead shower. The very spacious living room with a beautiful sea view includes a kitchen with many elements and an equipped island where you can cook looking at the sea.
On the mezzanine floor there is the fourth bedroom (double) a little low but very welcoming and equipped with a desk, and the fifth with two single beds, another double bedroom with a nice window on the roof from which you can admire the panorama of the red island and its sea. There is also a terrace, a little low but nice as a 'refuge' for quiet reading, and a third bathroom with two sinks and shower with wooden seat.
The mezzanine also has a space of approximately 30 sq m. overlooking the living area where it is possible to add other beds.
Considering that many of our guests use to travel with staff, we have also added an annex in the basement where there is the sixth bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and the fourth bathroom.
