In a small, very friendly residential area, nestled in the heart of a preserved natural setting, this villa enjoys a strategic geographical location, only 5 minutes by car from the center of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, renowned for its picturesque Provençal atmosphere, its world-famous antique dealers, its exceptional Sunday market where local products and crafts are invited.
The villa offers optimal comfort and neat finishes. It includes 3 bedrooms with large built-in dressing rooms. Master suite on the first floor, including its own shower room, and direct access to the swimming pool.
The other two bedrooms are located upstairs and share a shower room with toilet. Access to a magnificent and spacious roof terrace, ideal for having your coffee when you wake up, or lounging at the end of the day, with a good book. Tv in each room.
The kitchen is fully equipped (crockery, cutlery, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, large electric plancha...)
