VILLA TURCHESE

Villa Turchese is an elegant renovated villa within a park of about 15000 square metres where there is also another main villa. The villa is independent with its own parking space and private path to the beach within the park leading to a private terrace overlooking the sea with a covered gazebo and deck chairs for relaxing in complete privacy. Inside the villa there are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, veranda and covered patio with sea view, barbecue and outdoor shower. Private parking. Villa Turchese is equipped with timed air conditioning (runs from 8pm to 8am and from 12pm to 3pm) and is included in the consumption. There is 1 split in the living room and 1 split in the sleeping area.
The villa is suitable for families with children but also for copies who want to spend wonderful holidays by the sea. The town centre of Villasimius is about 2 km away with its shops, services, banks, post office, medical service, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, market etc.
HOUSE RULES:
- CHECK IN: FROM 5 p.m. TO 8 p.m. - SELF CHECK IN GRATIS WHILE IN PRESENCE for arrival € 30, after 8 p.m. € 50 (for arrivals after 8 p.m. we still have to be informed).

- CHECK OUT: ALWAYS NO LATER THAN 10:00 A.M.
