An area known for its boating, fly fishing, and hiking - there will be no lack of fun memories to create at this idyllic Buford home. Your enjoyment of the outdoors extends back at your stay where you'll have access to a large firepit area, balcony, and plenty of grassy space for the furry members of your family.

Freshly updated and surrounded by warm wood finishes, the interior of The Lakeway House boasts a homey open layout. The living room's ample seating and smart TV lend themselves to movie viewings, and a game collection is available for board game nights. Well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space, the kitchen offers a clean area to show off your culinary skills. When you are ready to dine, gather around the circular, velvet sofa and indulge in playful conversation and delicious dishes.

High-quality linens, smart TVs, and inviting color palettes compose the bedrooms. The interior amenities don't end there though - also inside you'll have access to central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and the internet.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
