Unwind after a day on the water in the keeping room, or step outside to relax on the expansive deck and patio.
OUTDOOR LIVING & PRIVATE DOCK
The highlight of the property is your direct access to Lake Lanier. Walk through the wooded backyard down to the private, single-slip dock. Because it sits on a deepwater cove, you enjoy excellent water depth through every season—perfect for swimming, fishing, or tying up your own boat. There is also an available jetski port, if needed.
LOCATION & NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
While you'll feel miles away from the hustle and bustle, this home is perfectly situated in the middle of Lanier. Enjoy lakeside dining by boat or car & cruise over to nearby local favorites like Pelican Pete’s at Port Royale Marina, Pig Tales, Twisted Oar, or Margaritaville for dinner and drinks on the water.
We are just a short drive (or boat ride) from Lanier Islands Resort and Margaritaville, home to the Fins Up Water Park, sandy beaches, golf courses, and seasonal winter events like snow tubing & holiday lights.

This is our personal family home, and we have wonderful, quiet neighbors who live here year-round. To maintain the integrity of our home and our relationship with the community, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for breaking the following rules:
- No smoking on the entire property.
- No large parties, unauthorized events, or additional guests
- No loud music past 10PM
- Primary renter must be 25 years or older
Security & Privacy Note: For your safety and the security of our home, please note that the property is equipped with external security cameras. These are located strictly outdoors and monitor the front entryway/driveway, the sideyard/greenhouse, and the back deck/dock access path. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or facing areas where guests have an expectation of privacy. The devices record video and audio for security purposes only when motion is detected.
