We were just passing through Cheltenham and needed a one-night stay and this flat was very comfortable. It was close to great places to eat and very quiet for a good night's rest.

The property was perfecf ,however, we could not find a parking space (included in accommodation) after trying for over half an hour driving round and round; we eventually had to park overnight at Cheltenham hospital (attending the Hospital was the purpose of our visit) @ a cost of 14.70.

Well placed in a road easily located with satnav and with nearby roadside parking available for two cars, if needed.
Owner very helpful beforehand with clear instructions for entry & parking.
A recently refurbished airy basement flat with heating on an adjustable timer, (owners, kind & helpful conveniently living above should there have been any queries)
Accomm comprised good dble bedroom, & further sofa bed in large sitting room. Good bathroom/shower. Adequately equipped kitchen. All very satisfactory for an enjoyable overnight stay!
