It is clean and everything was functional. It may have some older furniture and decor but we LOVED it, very comfortable and tapped into our nostalgia! The shared dock was fantastic, especially if you're into birding. Very easy to locate and close to everything.

WE did not have a vacuum cleaner to clean up after our stay. we used the vacuum form the other unit, that my son sated in.

The vacation rental was very clean.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Our experience was okay. Wish the rental mgt company would supply dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper upon arrival. Other rental agency’s provide when we arrive. Also maybe ask to be away from golf place they play their music loud when people aren’t even playing at night.
