A double bedroom, two bathrooms (both with showers and bidets), and a study complete this level. Upstairs, there are three versatile bedrooms with combinations of single and double beds and two additional bathrooms with showers and bidets. The top floor offers a second living area. Comfort is ensured year-round with central heating, air conditioning, and a washing machine.

Outside, the villa sits in a fenced 5,000 m² private garden with furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, barbecue, parking, and a covered terrace.
