As you step onto the steep, uphill private road, surrounded by ancient olive trees, you'll find yourself in the courtyard of a 16th-century farmhouse, restored with great respect for its history and furnished with impeccable taste. Inside, you'll be greeted by ceilings reaching up to 4 meters high, a palette of natural tones, artworks, and designer objects, as well as natural materials that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The bedrooms are a true haven of comfort, with 4 bedrooms with double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds. Each room features a modern private bathroom with walls adorned with beautiful tiles, a walk-in shower, or a designer bathtub by Antonio Lupi.
Interiors
Villa Tomeoni is spread over three floors, two of which are above ground. The entrance opens onto a large living room with sofas, leading to a study and a fully equipped kitchen with two cooking areas. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, approximately 23 steps lead to the entirely dedicated sleeping area. The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms, two with king-size beds and bathrooms with showers, one with a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Also on this floor is another room with two single beds, which can be joined if necessary, upon request, with a bathroom with shower, and a standard double bedroom with a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the basement floor, approximately 19 steps lead to a multipurpose room equipped with a ping pong table.
