Sliding glass doors lead to your own private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy a sunset cocktail while soaking in the tranquil views of the surrounding marshland.
Outside, take a refreshing dip in the community's saltwater pool, surrounded by lush greenery and swaying palm trees, providing the perfect oasis for relaxation.
Conveniently located just a couple of minutes' drive from Red Fern Village, you'll have easy access to a variety of restaurants and boutique shops, ideal for leisurely strolls and dining adventures. We provide two cruiser bikes for you to get there quickly!
For beach lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, the St. Simons Island Pier and pristine beaches are only a 5/6-minute drive away, offering endless opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports.

If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.
Other things to note:
All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.
There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
House Rules:
No loud noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No loud music. No parties.
Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee.
All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
Maximum of 2 pets.
Pets should be under 40lbs as per HOA.

The property itself was great. There was ample room and it was pet friendly which was an added plus. The only issue I had while we stayed there was there seemed to be some sort of electrical problem. I made the host aware of of it, but being that it was a holiday week it was probably hard to get an electrician to come out. They were timely in their responses and offered compensation for the trouble. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Our stay was to celebrate my son’s 7th birthday. The condo is so homey with plenty of space!! We had an amazing stay!!
