About this house rental
This cozy 2 bedroom house is renovated. You will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk to Redfern Village & other entertainment. King & Queen beds & the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Comes w/ new furnishings & business class wifi. Just outside the house is a huge private fenced backyard for great outdoor living. 4 bikes for an additional fee. Does NOT have a grill. NO PETS ALLOWED.
This is the main, private house that is attached to a cute apartment (kind of like a townhouse). There is NOT any door connecting the two units. They are COMPLETELY separate.
This house is in a great location on Demere Rd. Road noise may be heard during your stay. However, the speed limit is slow enough for golf carts, so no fast traffic.
Close to Redfern Village, short drive to beach and pier.
Has full size washer dryer in unit.

*Usage of 4 Bike during your entire trip: $20
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
6 Starter Coffee Pods
If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.
By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

Traffic noise for the front bedroom can be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

We were in town for an event on Saturday evening. It worked out to be a great location for us to go directly across the street to a wonderful tavern to watch football during the day. The house had all the essentials that we needed.

Check in instructions were clear. Management communications to us about the very strict rules were ALL CAPS - basically shouting repeatedly with fines associated with each potential infraction. The facilities were as clean as most. There is a lot of deferred maintenance - cracked tile in kitchen area, likely due to a leaking dishwasher. Chipped woodwork and walls, loose faucets.
