About this house rental
The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the pool area is not overlooked. You will find everything you need for a great stay: 1 master suite, 2 bedrooms, 1 office, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, table tennis, 2 terraces, barbecue, beach deckchairs. The pool area is fully secure and has its own outdoor shower. The house is fully air-conditioned. The roller shutters and gate are automated.
Our house is located in a very quiet area. It is located 10 minutes from the historic center of Nîmes, known in particular for its arenas and its temple (square house) but also its remarkable gardens (Jardins de la Fontaine). You can also get to the center by tram, bus or bus, whose stops are located 10 minutes away on foot.
It is located near a supermarket (1.5 km). From the house, you can also walk or cycle to local shops (bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy).
Our house is located 5 minutes by car from a motorway exit (A9 exit Nîmes Est) which will allow you to quickly get to the region of Montpellier and its beaches (40 minutes) or Avignon (40 minutes also). The Pont du Gard (classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site) is only 20 KM away. Uzège is 30 minutes away and Alès, a real gateway to the Cévennes, is 40 minutes away.
Our house will therefore be a central point to be able to visit and radiate in all your destinations.
