About this apartment rental
The Braemar Towers is an oceanfront condominium located on 131st Street and Coastal Highway. Enjoy all of the amenities of the Braemar, including an outdoor pool and sundeck, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a game room and a fitness center. Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)!
Braemar Towers 609 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 6th floor of the north tower. There is a king bed in the first bedroom, queen bed and single sleep chair in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. Unit 609 will have all new furniture for 2022! Owner added an air fryer for 2023 and two new living room chairs. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 3 Smart TV’s, 1 DVD player and free WIFI. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Limit of 6 people. The owner pays for your full linen package for your stay for full weeks only (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. Owner is providing a Wii System for your entertainment and 4 Pickleball Paddle sets! Owner provides each guest with a "Welcome Bag" with a few essentials to get you started on your vacation. We want to thank Joan and Marc for the goody bag. Their place is beautiful. The spare bathroom we found the t-paper holder on the floor upon arrival. We couldn't get it back in as it's not fitting.

Very good experience. The Condo was clean and nicely decorated. We had stayed at the Braemar before, so we were familiar with the building and knew what to expect. the Linen package was appreciated.
