Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, you don’t need to leave your balcony to watch the weekly fireworks in the summer… and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)!!
Braemar Towers 309 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of the north tower, facing Northern Ocean City. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV’s, 1 DVD player, and free WIFI. Access to a private beach locker is provided with this rental. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Limit of 6 people. Parking for 1 vehicle. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. CONTROL#0054767

The unit was very nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We'd stay here again if the owner replaced the twin and double mattresses as they were very uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great trip!

This unit is close to the trash pickup every day at 8AM. The floor is tiled echo prone. The toilets flush like an airport bathroom. On the porch the neighboring unit's A/C is extremely loud. Basic accommodations at best. And the elevator (one of two) was out of order.
