Braemar Towers 404 is a wonderful vacation spot in North Ocean City, with great views of the ocean, beach, and pool! Located in the North Tower, this beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has been recently remodeled with a new kitchen and hardwood flooring. Step outside onto the private south-facing balcony for cool breezes and partial views of the ocean to the left and bay to the right. This property is well-equipped for the vacationing family, with free WiFi access, flatscreen TVs, and comfortable sleeping for six. You'll have a reserved, private parking space and plenty of on-street parking available. Braemar Towers has been regarded as one of the nicest and cleanest resorts in Ocean City for years, and there are plenty of reasons why. The resort has everything you need to relax comfortably while keeping everyone in your group entertained. A beachfront outdoor pool sits between the buildings, enhanced by a huge bi-level pool deck with panoramic ocean views. There is an exercise room, saunas, two tennis courts, a large outdoor storage area to hold all your chairs and beach gear, a game room, and beach-level restrooms all available to guests. Head to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or lounge by the pool on the oceanfront sundeck. Challenge your partner to a tennis match, workout in the fitness room, then relax in the sauna. The Braemar Towers is within easy walking distance of beautiful Northside Park which features walking paths, a playground, and a fishing and crabbing pier. Mini-golf, shopping, and restaurants are also close by, including Jr's Ribs Family Restaurant and Higgins Crab House South. THINGS TO KNOW A $75 fee for building use and vehicle registration is paid on-site and due upon arrival. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
