About this villa rental
Combining the charm of old stone and modernity, we offer you to stay in our family home, recently purchased and which we wanted to be as warm and pleasant as possible.
Our goal?
That you feel as good as we do and that you can make memories with family or friends.
The accommodation
Maison Nina is located between Campagnac les Quercy (3km) and the village of Saint Pompon (1km), on the border of the Dordogne and the Lot. The house is also perfectly located to visit the many tourist sites in the area, to go to Sarlat (20 /25 min by car), or to discover the many local markets that take place nearby.
With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a huge living room bright thanks to the very large windows overlooking the inner courtyard and the swimming pool, a kitchen allowing you to comfortably prepare meals, the house can accommodate up to 9 people, or even 10 with a young child.
2 bedrooms are accessible on one level by one/two exterior/interior steps and 2 other bedrooms are located upstairs, accessible by a staircase of about fifteen steps.
The inner courtyard, with its shaded courtyard and its large hundred-year-old tree, is ideal for lazing around on hot summer days or having an aperitif.
Unless you prefer to laze around the south-facing swimming pool (equipped with an alarm), 10m x 5, with small/large bath and stairs, ideal for children.
The garden of about 2,000 m2 will offer the youngest a beautiful play area, including swings and secure trampoline near the swimming pool and on the other side of the house, a large meadow. A hiking path – not very used given the quiet location of the hamlet – runs alongside the house on the meadow side. So don't be surprised if you see someone passing by (a neighbour most certainly) ... which is rare!
The house is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, connected TV, DVD player, turntable, connected speaker and Wifi internet access...
Board games, books and vinyls are at your disposal and for your youngest children, they will find something to keep them busy on the landing of the 1st floor: comics, games, toys and books (Fr and EN)
A ping-pong table, a game of molki or petanque, a goal cage, a net and badminton rackets are also at your disposal. In short, enough to spend - we hope - a very good holiday in the Maison Nina.
Please note:
- In July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
- You will have access to the entire house except for the barn.
- Bed linen, towels and pool towels are included.
- The swimming pool (heated if necessary in mid season) will be open from May to early or mid-October.
- Pets are not allowed in the rental
- If you are a smoker, please smoke outside the house.
