Located close to Massa Lubrense on Sorrento’s picturesque coastline, Casa Pasca is a delightful first-floor apartment boasting a terrace with stunning views of the islands of Capri and Procida. A perfect base for families or friends, the apartment is close to restaurants, shops, and bars, along with a supermarket for added convenience.
With easy access to Sorrento (6 km away), the historic site of Pompeii and the charming towns scattered along the Amalfi Coast, Casa Pasca is an excellent base for exploring the area. While a car is not necessary, private parking is available for guests who choose to hire one.
Casa Pasca (85 sqm) occupies the first floor of a two-storey villa and develops over one level. Accessible from the street, the apartment can be reached either by climbing stairs (approximately 50 steps) or by using the lift/elevator.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area, a TV, and a dining table (seating 6). Next to the living room, there is a well-equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences for preparing meals.
In the sleeping area, you will find a double bedroom featuring a double bed, air conditioning, heating, and a window with a sea view. This room includes an ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet.
