Description
Immersed in greenery and with a marvelous view of the sea, Casa Marisa is it ideal for a relaxing holiday. The house it is located on the hills of the Riviera di San Montano that enjoys the sun from the morning till sunset. From here, you can admire the sun set over the Islands Ischia, Capri and Procida, having a nice dinner or just enjoying a glass of wine.
You will be at 800 meters away from the center of Massa Lubrense where you will find restaurants, shops, bars and the supermarket. The nearest bus stop from where you can take the bus to Sorrento each 15 minutes is at about 30 meters away.
A car is not necessary to stay at Casa Marisa. If you have one, you can park it in the private parking for free (1 car only).
Casa Marisa is on the first floor of a two-story villa. You will reach the Casa Marisa from the street by going up about 50 stairs. There is also an elevator that will help you carry your luggage upstairs much easily.
THE TERRACE is about 37 square meters. It is equipped with table and chairs. From the terrace you will admire a stunning view of the sea and of Capri Island. You will reach the terrace from the living room.
THE LIVING ROOM it is large and bright. The furnishings include a sofa, the television a table with six chairs and three armchairs. The room it is equipped with air conditioning, heating and Internet WI-FI.
THE KITCHEN is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, the kettle, the toaster, the dishwasher, the washing machine, the refrigerator with freezer and other small appliances. You will reach the kitchen from the living room.
THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM has a queen size bed and a window with a nice sea view. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a shower enclose, the sink, the bidet and the WC. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.
THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM has a queen size bed. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a shower enclose, the sink and the WC. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.
Important things to know:
- Heating not included. If requested will be charged 20 € per day of use to be paid on site
- Tourist tax 2 Euro per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 50. 00 euro to be paid at the arrival.

Can’t say enough positives about the views and home itself. Spacious home with rooftop area for views, relaxing, and eating. We had some initial issues with the lift, shower, and WiFi but the property manager provided support. Home is on a hill slope, but can catch a bus at the top or walk into a small town along a narrow street. Can’t beat the views!

The property is absolutely beautiful! The views are breathtaking and the area is quiet, making for perfect mornings for coffee and evenings with wine and an amazing sunset!

House was very nice and well equipped. Giada made sure we had everything we needed and coordinated a number of our excursions during our stay. We loved the location outside Sorrento and getting to town was easy. Massa Lubrense had a number of very good restaurants when we didn’t feel like heading into Sorrento.

Very nice. Spacious. Great view. Only challenge was it was a bit far to easily get to town, restaurants, market. Host was good about sharing name of restaurant that offered pick up and return transfer.
