To reach the villa the path is 240cm wide and there is a single step to reach the front door, which is 86cm. The pool terrace can be reached via 6 steps from the parking bay. The pool surround is mostly flat with crazy paving and the pool itself has Roman Steps access. The entrance to this villa is on the first floor, the bedroom door is 82cm wide whilst the ensuite entrance is 71cm wide.
