You will find paradise here at our condo in Las Palmas Resort! This beautiful home is located in a beautiful cliff-side community, you can enjoy views of the red cliffs and city lights. Paradise Palms is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with well stocked kitchen. Being on the 3rd floor you get to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets in the evening on the balcony! You`ll have views of the Southern Utah red mountains, Pine Valley caps, and city lights at night.This unit also offers you easy elevator access.
Minutes away from shopping/theaters, sporting activities, restaurants and other tourist attractions such as Coyote Gulch art community, Tuacahn Amphitheater and Zion National Park, this property also has the convenience of a community pool and its amenities. You`ll find local events and charming shops. Enjoy the many outdoor sports such as swimming, golfing, tennis/pickle ball, skiing, boating, mountain biking and hiking.

Parking: This condo has a garage you`re welcome to park in front of. You`ll have access to the garage for storing bikes etc. Additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community. A small trailer may be parked in a stall but must be un-hitched from the vehicle.

Indoor pool (heated year-round), diving pool, lap/lounge pool,
kids pool, waterfall pool, and pool with a shallow end

Getting Around:
No doubt: the best way to get around St. George is by car. The St. George area main attraction, Zion National Park, is about a 1-hour drive from downtown St. George. There is no public transportation to the park but from March to October there is a shuttle system within the park (so just park your vehicle in the town of Springdale and ride the shuttle into the park). During winter months the shuttle does not run so you can drive your own vehicle in the main canyon. Snow Canyon State Park is about 20-minute drive North of St. George.
To get around the city, Saint George offers a local public bus transit system Suntran. Suntran runs three scheduled routes with buses running all over the city. You can also grab a Rider’s Guide at Saint George Chamber of Commerce.

This was another great experience for us at Las Palmas. We loved the amenities! This room was perfect for our family of 4, mom, dad and two18 year olds. We had everything we needed! This unit is an easy walk to the HUB, and the patio was perfect to get away from the noise. Such a great view!

Great property and location! Cleanliness could be so much better, dishwasher was so dirty and so were the pots and pans. We had to clean the dishwasher and pans before use. Bathroom floors (grout) need to be scrubbed. There are no bars or anything to hang onto while showering with a slippery bathtub, accident waiting to happen for older people. Other than that, we loved the 3rd floor end unit and plenty of space inside for 2 people.
