This apartment is located in a quiet residence at the second level of a building with elevator. It is composed as followed :
- independant kitchen with frigde and freezer, oven, micro-wave, 2 stoves, 2 gaz stoves, laundry machine, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, expresso machine (Nespresso), coffee filter machine, kettle.
- bathroom with bathtub, bidet, sink, toilets
- living room with a small convertible couch (120x200cm), table for 4 people, AC
- bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm each), storage areas, hangers, AC
- balcony 4 m2 with a nice view on a quiet garden and its outside table
Thi apartment AC and wifi.
## Interaction
Guests will be able to contact our agency a few days before their arrival in order to confirm their check in time. Since someone will come to welcome them, a precise check in time would be very useful. If needed, an alternative check in option can be made. Please contact the agency to see how to collect the keys.
Bed linens are given upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed) and 2 towels per person too (1 small, 1 big)
Beach towels are not included.
One kitchen cloth is giving, one toilet paper roll.

This apartment is located in the famous Montfleury area of Cannes where you will be able to enjoy the quiet of the residential area while being closed to all amenities. It is located at 1.5 km from the palais des festivals (21 mn walking distance from the Internet).
It is also at 1.1 km from the train station (15 mn walk), and 550 meters from the Casino supermarket (8 mn walking). You'll see a boulangerie, beauty salon, pharmarcy, wine cellar, etc.

Check ins are from 4 pm to 7 pm. Please confirm with us if you can arrive before or after.
Cleaning at the end of the stay is included. Please evacuate trashes and do the dishes before check out. The rest will be taken care by the cleaning staff.
The apartment does not have a parking space. You can park in the street up to availability.
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
