Located on the 2nd floor with an exhibition West, this apartment consists as follows:
- Entrance: a large entrance with a closet for practical storage upon arrival
- Living / Dining room: A friendly space with a large sofa, a smart TV and a dining area. This space bathed in light opens onto the west facing terrace, with views of the residence gardens and a view of the swimming pool
- Kitchen: independent and fully equipped with quality finishes, including a stone worktop. You will find everything you need to prepare your meals.
- Master bedroom: A parental suite with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), an adjoining shower room, and a real dressing room
- Second bedroom: One bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), perfect for children or friends
- Shower room: A second large shower room equipped with a double sink, for more convenience
- Independent toilet: An additional asset for your comfort

From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes station: 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot.

Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
