The prime location ensures you are just minutes away from Waterpoint Marina with boating & dining options. The back porch is sure to be your favorite spot where you can relax and take in the tranquil surroundings.

Short-term rental guests are not permitted to bring their boats into the community entrance. You will have to use a nearby public boat ramp & parking.

We have a very strict no pets policy. Pets on the property will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age to book. ID verification will be required.
For your safety, a security camera (a Ring doorbell) is located at the front door. The camera faces the entrance and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera doorbell is actively recording video and audio is monitored.

It's a nice upstairs unit with a good view of the greenspace. Nice and quiet, spacious, good storage. Close to plenty of restaurants.
