This bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a spacious covered porch perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day on the lake. Guests also have access to the April Point community pool, and fall visitors are just 24 miles from the Texas Renaissance Festival. Waterpoint Marina, waterfront dining and Historic Montgomery are all just a short drive away.

Host was wonderful! Property has a great view of the lake and felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Be aware that stairs to upstairs bedroom are very steep. Patio chairs were not in great shape but that's a minor complaint. Overall we had a positive experience. Thank you!
