Soak in the sunset sitting on the second-floor balcony of this lake-view property! The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is in the gated April Sound community close to many local attractions. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a smart TV and is located downstairs so you can relax after a day on the water. The loft bedroom upstairs is spacious with three beds, a smart TV, and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. The perfect area for the kids or another couple! The kitchen is fully equipped to be able to make meals during your stay all while enjoying the water view.
You can also walk out the back of the condo to enjoy the swimming access in Lake Conroe which is located just across the street. There is also a swimming pool within walking distance of the condo you will get access to. The location of April Sound is just minutes away from dining, shopping, public boat ramps & rentals which makes it the ideal location to enjoy all the activities the Lake Conroe area has to offer!
