Pros:
Cute little "Lemon" house. New.
Communication with property manager was very efficient.
Cons:
We were surprised that this was such a high population density housing area. It was a Mobile Home Village that is being modified into hundreds of tiny homes on Mobile Home lots. Many of the old, run-down mobile homes are interspersed with the brand new construction of the small houses. For the most part, it appears to be low-income housing for the working population.
No screens on the windows, so we couldn't open them and let in the fresh air or the bugs would have helped themselves in as well...
Lots of animal hair ( cat or dog) throughout and on the sofa cushions. Smelled like dog. We covered the sofa with a sheet and it helped a bit. It's a challenge to have animals in a rented home. Clients may be allergic or not be thrilled with dog/cat hair on their clothing.
Don't want to paint a "bad picture", just needed to be honest for the next folks to come.
Overall enjoyable.
