About this house rental
You will love this oasis! Enter in to a gated community with 24 hour security for piece of mind. Hang out in the house or walk down to the lake in seconds. You can sit by the water, fish or jump in!
In the house you'll find huge windows let lots of natural light in. Open concept upstairs allows for great entertaining and easy communication. Big living room and master bedroom TV's, alexa, basic cable, Netflix, Hulu and much more on apple tv.
In the kitchen the double oven is great for cooking multiple dishes at once. Of the kitchen and living is a covered patio with chairs to relax with a water view.
There are three FULL bathrooms. One in the master, another downstairs and one upstairs. No need to fight there is plenty of hot water!
Sleep on the BEST super comfortable mattresses with clean sheets washed before every stay.
The yard is fully fenced. The front is a 4ft iron fence and the back is 7ft wooden fence. Plenty of room for dogs, kids or adults to play.

Me and my family loved staying at “escape by the lake “(April Sound) it’s comfortable, spacious, awesome view from the balcony, large beds, they provide mostly everything that you need . We have no complaints at all because we enjoyed our stay at this place host was quick to respond to any and all questions and very nice and understanding. Rooms were clean, living room and kitchen as well. Me and my family will surely stay at this place if available for whenever we come back to Conroe.

Yvette was communicative in advance. The pre-check in form was easy and helped for a seamless check in. The home was great for our group. Clean and comfortable. You can tell this is a well loved home and not a sterile commercial rental. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Outside of property looks a bit rough. House number not prominent enough to help with finding location. Inside was nice and clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. There was something sticky all over kitchen counter and my socks were finding sticky spots around kitchen floor. The outdoor patio furniture on covered patio was very dirty so we did not sit out there. My little dog did enjoy the fenced on yard and seeing the squirrels. I did have trouble finding the location. I tried to call host, left message and never received a call back...ever. The driving directions on the site are confusing and need to be changed. It was 86 degrees inside the house when i first arrived and took forever to reach a reasonable temperature. I think by not receiving a call back from the host made me feel i could not stay here again. It was apparent she did not care.
