A cozy 38-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the first floor of a building facing a quiet pedestrian alley (NO elevator). The apartment is located in the heart of the island of Ortigia, the historic center of Syracuse, just a short walk from the waterfront and all the main attractions.

The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a sleeping area, a bathroom, and a small balcony.

The accommodation consists of:

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, and wine glasses;

- LIVING AREA with table/desk, armchair, one-and-a-half-person sofa bed, and access to the SMALL BALCONY;

- SLEEPING AREA (separated from the rest of the accommodation) with a double bed and closet;

- BATHROOM with shower stall (raised), sink, bidet, and toilet.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Syracuse Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site keybox.
