El apartamento es bonito, decorado con gusto, está muy limpio y es muy cómodo. Han pensado realmente en todos los detalles, para que no falte de nada. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable, facilitando las cosas en todo momento. Gracias Sebastiano!

Sebastian is a lovely host and was very helpful. You can tell he is very passionate about his property. Location is amazing close to the water in a beautiful historic alley way that leads to lovely little cafés in the historic center of Ortigia is on your doorstep.

Accessing the local parcheggio to avoid driving through the ZTL zone was very stressful late at night and anyone staying here should be aware that you could wait up to one and a half hours driving around the parcheggio in the heat of July in Sicily this was very unfavorable , so for us, trying to get a park with all our international luggage was very frustrating. Also, with the extreme heat in July a larger air-conditioning unit that is able to run 24 seven would be recommended as an upgrade, and maybe a bed topper for the sofa bed, as it was very hard to sleep on.

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Great AC. Nice kitchenette. Right on the sea. Eastern side is slightly quieter than the west. Very close to the Ortigia parking spaces.

Water pressure was somewhat weak, but this seems to be the case all over the island in high season. There could be more light.
