Son concept duplex ample, respirant, sa situation géographique au centre d’Ortigia. Les équipements sont parfaits: cuisine (four, taque de cuisson, machine à café) vaisselle, verres et couverts. Matériel de repassage. L’installation électrique est performante avec de nombreuses prises. Le linge de maison n’est pas comptés. Vraiment top et très agréable.
Petits bémols: l’escalier et le plancher de la mezzanine sont fort bruyants. Difficile de lire au lit en raison de la faible hauteur sous toiture. Suggestion: un petit canapé le long de l’escalier face â l’écran complèterait avantageusement le séjour.

The main bed in the mezzanine has roof rafters quite close to the head of the bed so have to be careful.

Spędziłyśmy z córką na Sycyli 16 dni objeżdżając wschodnią i północną jej część. To najpiękniejszy apartament w bardzo dobrej cenie jaki udało nam się dostać. Wszystko nowe, czyste, pachnące. Okna szczelne, przez co cicho i ciepło (koniec grudnia i styczeń). Wlaściciel bardzo pomocny i miły. Mogłyśmy zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu. Płatność za pobyt gotówką na miejscu, co jest dość nietypowe i warto o tym pamiętać. Choć wlaściciel nie wymaga jej zaraz po przekroczeniu progu.
