Lokalizacja znakomita. Widok z okna najlepszy z możliwych. Na parterze znajduje się rewelacyjna paninieria. Po drugiej stronie ulicy przystanek autobusowy. Bardzo miły taras z różnorodną roślinnością. Okolica wydawała się być bezpieczna. Bardzo blisko do plaży.
W kuchni tylko dwa kubki do kawy. Łazienka wymagałaby gruntownego remontu. Bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody. Tekstylia w mieszkaniu potrzebują wymiany. Jednak najbardziej przeszkadzał nam w mieszkaniu zapach. Po powrocie do mieszkania dało się odczuć bardzo silny i nieprzyjemny zapach, pochodzący zapewne z kanalizy lub innego źródła.
