Traeger barbeque, indoor wood burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, Keurig and traditional brew coffee machine, pool table, picnic table, outdoor lounge chairs, roundabout drive with ample free parking, luxurious bath towels, laundry facilities and supplies, mudroom wash basin, cleaning supplies and more.

Amazing amazing stay! Great location (very close to Zion and Bryce), as well as other great excursion opportunities. Would 100% stay here again. Great house, great layout, clean, comfortable, thoughtfully appointed by the hosts. Serene babbling stream out back, breathtaking stars at night! Seamless check in and check out. Did I mention amazing?

Had a great stay at the River Retreat while visiting Zion and Bryce. Host was very responsive, informative, and the cabin is perfect. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing. Would stay again.

The location is perfect when you want to visit the National Parks and Monuments in the vicinity (Bryce, Zion, Cedar Breaks). For 4 adults the house was very comfortable and during half a day of heavy rain it was a cozy place to spend some fun hours talking, snacking and playing games.

Perfect location for bidding both parks. Clean and cozy. Communication was great. Made for great weekend getaway. Would stay here again.
