Virgin River Retreat East Zion & Bryce

Loved everything about this place. Our stay was exceptional!

No complaints

The house, firepit and location

Difficult to get to the water.

Nous apprécions particulièrement la terrasse couverte qui est fort agréable. Le charme du salon et le suivi des propriétaires.

It was very roomy.

I had to cancel our second night due to the hurricane rain coming up through Utah and we didn’t want to get stuck in any flooding. The property manager sent me a note through booking that there was no weather event. I had even called her to explain why we were going to cancel the second night and she acted like she understood. When I cancelled on booking they cancelled both nights instead of just the one night and she accused me of trying to get out of paying her. That was not my intention I just wanted to see if I could do something about the second night. She sent me an invoice and I paid that day. Just beware staying at their locations they were difficult to deal with. There was no need in a nasty message at all! There are several choices near Bryce Canyon make sure you check them all out.
