Welcome to our Cozy Cottage....the perfect getaway for nature lovers and those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of life. This cozy cottage sits in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by woods and nature.
Enjoy your mornings viewing wildlife and listening to the birds under our covered front porch or the privacy of the raised back deck. This property also offers plenty of outdoor yard space to enjoy time with your family doing what you love. Want to stay in? Cozy up next to the electric fireplace and enjoy a movie on the Roku t.v.
Looking to burn some energy, want to enjoy a nice quiet walk or feeling adventurous? The cul-de-sac is perfect for walks or bike rides any time of the day. Lake Barkley is viewable (not accessible) at the end of the cul-de-sac. This property is also minutes away from public boat launches and is only a short drive to the Fishin' Hole, Prizer Point, Boots Randolph Golf, and Lake Barkley State Resort Park. If you want to explore further out, it is an easy drive to The Land Between the Lakes, Turkey Bay, the Bison and Elk Prairie, and many trails.

Had a great stay over long holiday weekend. Property was updated, clean and well maintained. Communication with property owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again when coming to lake Barkley.

Such a wonderful home. Beautiful inside and out. The deer welcomed us on our way in. They made several appearance in the back yard as well. 10 mins to Prizer. Everything you'll need for a short (or long) stay. Just an absolutely perfect home to relax and unwind. Morning coffee or an evening meal is perfect on the deck. Can not say enough about the home. Beautiful. Clean. Exactly what we needed. Exactly as described.

The cozy cottage was a great getway. It was quiet and very relaxing atmosphere. The cottage was beautiful with high end finishes and met all my needs. I will definitely book this cottage again in the fall.
