Just 1.5 hours from Athens and 16 km from the city of Loutraki, is our house with panoramic views of the lagoon of Vouliagmeni-Heraion and the Corinthian Sea.
It is ideal for big families with a unique view of the sea and the quiet environment, a haven for your holiday.

It consists of a lounge with a fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine and dish washer, 3 bedrooms – one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 1 WC and a large veranda with an unique view of the lake.
An apartment ideal for relaxing moments with family and friends. Facilities :
Fireplace, A/C throughout the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with all cooking tools and appliances, fridge, oven and stove, coffee machine, microwave oven, full set of crockery, pots and pans.

OUTDOOR AREA
The whole building is approximately 400 m2. It has a 4 acres garden with lots of trees and flowers, a swimming pool with jacuzzi, a barbeque house and shaded parking area for 2 cars is just below the villa.
A unique feature is the swimming pool and BBQ.
The swimming pool is 11 x 4 meters with jacuzzi ideal for refreshing dip during hot summer time.
For those who prefer the sea, the beach is easily accessible in a short walk.
BBQ area : There is a whole separate building in the garden, fully equipped with kitchen services and a very large BBQ, great to host and entertain up to 20 persons so that whole family can enjoy delicious alfresco dinner.

It is in mythical magical place called Lake HERAION -Vouliagmeni in Korinthos. It is not a real lake; it is the sea that creates a protected sea area as a lake.
This location has been characterized by UNESCO as highly protected area for its exceptional beauty!

From the Venizelos Airport in Athens, or from Piraeus Port, you may reach Korinthos by train and the town of Loutraki by bus that leaves from western Athens approximately every hour.
