The villa is located in the cradle of Mycenaean civilization, on a hill overlooking the peaceful village of Fichtia, 20 minutes from the city of Nafplio, 40 minutes from Epidaurus, and 5 minutes from the archaeological site of Mycenae.
The building, constructed entirely of stone and earthquake-resistant steel, offers breathtaking views of the three castles (Mycenae, Larissa, and Palamidi) all the way to the sea, and is situated amid a diverse and well-preserved ecosystem: pine trees, olive trees, cypresses, cyclamens, irises, anemones, thyme, oregano, owls, foxes, and turtles)
Your gaze will rest on the olive groves and orange groves of the Argos plain, and you’ll spot the small historic mountains.
Ideally located, you can explore the Nemea wine routes or hike along the ancient road connecting Mycenae and Corinth.
The beaches of Arvanitia, Karathona, and Kondili are a half-hour drive away, and you can also plan a day trip to the islands of Spetses and Hydra.
At Aetolithi, you’ll find all the comfort and tranquility you need to recharge. The house hosts yoga retreats throughout the year and serves as the hub for the art festival (FichtiArt), which takes place every year during the last four days of July.
