Really well equipped, modernised condo
Lovely seawater pool with sun beds & beach area

Good communications from Kona Coast Vacations who manage the property
Short drive to main Kona strip with restaurants and shops
Good location for exploring the area (Hapuna 45 mins, airport 20 mins, Keahou Harbour for manta ray snorkel 15 mins and easy access to sites further South too like Captain Cook)
Lacked a bit of atmosphere, didn’t really see other guests
We had good communications from Kona Coast but if you like an onsite reception/ concierge then this is not the place for you
