Overall good but more expectation heating wasn’t working n no hot water

Cheap easy basic quiet area of the park Was perfect for a one night wouldnt stay longer
Great location
The caravan wasn't the cleanest on arrival left over bits from previous guests dirty bathroom stained mattress protector
The pull out sofa bed was very dirty underneath and was unusable very flimsy and unstable for two adults to sleep on so they slept on the living room flloor
The caravan floor is about to go through in a couple of place especially by the shower
The owner sent a request for payment for a stained quilt after we left and a rude message saying we didn't use linen which we did and I have evidence that we did
we were barely there we arrived late left early didn't eat there and no drinks were taken in the single bedrooms so I find this very hard to believe .. I'd be the first to pay up if I damaged anything
