Great value for money! We really enjoyed our stay and felt that the apartment exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. One thing we especially appreciated was the detailed check-in information sent in the message (booking). The instructions like door codes, and key collection process were very clear and easy to follow. The only thing needed to be included into the instructions is wifi password - NOTE for the host ) We also loved the local guide with recommendations for nearby places. We visited a few of the suggested cafés and restaurants, and they were genuinely great choices. The location is excellent — very close to the metro and within easy reach of the main attractions. There are also plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants right downstairs, which makes the area very convenient and lively. The apartment itself is tastefully designed and feels cozy. We particularly liked the kitchen-living area, which was perfect for two people and made the stay very comfortable.

As for minor drawbacks, the windows are in the bedroom & face an inner courtyard only. Light sleepers who like to sleep in may occasionally hear children playing outside in the morning. The bedroom floor also seems to have a slight slope, probably due to the age and construction of the building. Another small point is that the shower and toilet layout felt a bit unusual. However, these are very minor issues compared to the overall experience. Extra note - there is no balcony for balcony lovers or smokers)
