Renovated Autumn 2018 Ideal for 2, comfortable for 3 people. Perfect if you want to have a from home to home while staying in Tbilisi. The apartment Includes: A large kitchen-dining (fully equipped) One livingroom One large bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed Shower room Traditional porch/balcony Heating Wifi
If you love the idea of staying in an authentic shabby chic place that is typically Tbilisi style and has all the modern comforts that you need, you will absolutely love our aparmtment in the heart of Tbilisi.
Freshly renovated, Autumn 2018 it has everything you will need.

>> The shower room is brand-new;
>> The kitchen unit is brand new (my husband hand-built the kitchen top from the walnut tree from our village house, we love it:)); Shelves in the kitchen are repurposed;
>> The ceiling is very tall, but we have not got to putting the shades yet;
>> The doors and window shutters are original tall and beautiful Tbilisi style with original handles, we left the original paint.
>> The balcony is typically Tbilisi style, fully restored and hand-cut all the wood details by my husband.
>> Very warm in winter and very breezy and cool in summer
In other words, if you love authentic, are looking for a big and light space, modern comforts and central location you will love our apartment.
