Un peu vestuste. Des cendriers dans l’appartement. Neccessite un peu de rafraichissements. Tres embouteille jusqu’a 10h pour se rendre au cap

Very good location, great views, spacious, secure parking
Staff at reception is unfriendly, not engaged and sometimes even sleeping on the job. Windows in the apartment were dirty, the railing on the balcony is broken at one spot (dangerous), the freezer was partially covered in ice and the dishwasher did not cotain the salt which protects its heating elements. Renters in the building should also note that the KFC down at street level produces a lot of smelly fumes.
