Not receiving response regarding shuttle service when reaching out

The view was amazing.
The kitchen light is so dull it may as well not be present. I asked the host a question about the property, I am yet to receive a response.

It very beautiful, nice view even when sitting on the balcony. I loved the whole set up. And i would love to come back again to this place. Very close the beach, close restaurants and shops.
All was good in the apartment. Only the fridge need to be checked as it wasn't working properly. The bath tub stopper also wasn't working properly. The lock at the main door to the apartment needs some attention. One must lift it up for to be able to lock it.

The view was spectacular and access to the property was easy. Also felt very safe there.
The kitchen is sparsely equipped. Some basics like egg lifter and salad bowl were not available. The towels are very small and we couldn't access anything on the TV. The front door also gets stuck and is hard to open and close.
We would have also appreciated a braai on the patio as the view is so beautiful that you would want to spend most of the time outside watching the ships and ocean life.
A bit of maintenance and TLC and this property could be an amazing place.
