Beachfront Bliss Luxury Views

The location was perfect in the heart of rye beach right Infront of the ocean. The property was clean with all amenities provided. The rooms were comfortable. Plenty of quilts were lying around for use. There was a view of the ocean from the balcony slightly obstructed by trees but still it was quite beautiful. The owners gave good instructions about entry which otherwise would have been confusing to find but wasn't the problem for us. The lady from the downstairs cafe helped with closing the garage door when we couldn't figure it out. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Very minor nuisances but mentioning for future guests. The garage door opening was tricky for us to find, please include instructions for future guests on how to access this. Also that the property is on first floor so people know what to expect. We didnt notice the window which was up on the roof and only found out early in the morning when there was bright sunlight for coming from it. If you could put an instruction sticker next to the controls that would be great. The window control for the room right next to the kitchen wasnt working.

The quality of the furnishings and the finishes were luxurious had everything we needed to have a great night in celebrating friend's birthday.

There wasn't really anything we did not like but an outdoor heater on balcony would have been handy, an/or indoor gas fire would create a lovely romantic ambience in winter

Loved everything from the prime location, to the comfortable beds and designer layout & fittings.
