Der Check in hat sehr gut geklappt. Moritz hat sehr schnell geantwortet, als ich die Schlüsselbox nicht gleich gefunden habe. Ich habe mich gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Stil, das Interieur der Wohnung ist cool & gemütlich!

Our second stay at Moritz’s Top Floor Penthouse with Garden was just as wonderful as the first—if not even better. Coming back felt instantly familiar in the best possible way. The apartment remains impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. This time we stayed for a shorter visit, but once again everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. It’s rare to find a place that feels so easy and effortless to settle into. The space itself is still stunning. The light that fills the apartment makes even grey days feel bright, and the bed continues to be one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. Every detail shows intention and care, and if you love interior design, you’ll appreciate the harmony of the layout and decor just as much as we did. The neighborhood remains quiet and pleasant, with everything you might need just a short walk away—supermarkets, cafés, and the lovely park where we enjoyed a few afternoon strolls. And of course, Moritz is still an exceptional host. Communication was just as seamless as the first time—quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free. We were happy to return, and we already know this won’t be our last stay. Highly recommended once again!

Beaucoup de bonnes choses pour cet appartement : A 12 min à pied environ, il y a la station de métro + S bahn Yorckstrasse. Elle dessert le Nord et le Sud. En 3/4 arrêts, on atteint des stations principales, qui desservent tout, notamment l'Est et l'Ouest de la ville. Donc ce fut très facile d'aller partout. J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le LIDL à quelques pas de l'immeuble D'ailleurs les transports à Berlin sont très bien indiqués (je ne parle pas allemand), tout est facile. Les musées, Charlottbourg, Postdam (incroyable)!, le Reichtag, la cathédrale, tour de TV pour la vue, tout est très facile d'accès. L'appartement est très bien éclairé, les pièces sont grandes. Il est bien équipé, propre Il est original avec sa décoration "Disco", ça change, j'ai bien aimé L'hôte est très rapide à répondre aux questions et très serviable En été le rooftop doit être fantastique! La vue est dingue, il y a une table , chaises, transat. En hiver j'en ai un peu moins profité, mais j'y suis monté malgré tout. Déjà dans l'appartement, on a une très belle vue Et enfin, aucun bruit, absolument aucun! Donc je recommande cet appartement, le rapport qualité prix est excellent

attention : il est au 5eme étage sans ascenseur. Mais les marches ne sont pas trop raides. Un dernier étage, ça se paye! La seule chose qui m'a ennuyée , c'est la literie. Le lit m'a cassé le dos, j'ai fini dans le living room sur le canapé. Le lit est beaucoup trop mou pour moi. C'est la raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis 10/10 Je suggère un petit guide pour les interrupteurs : il y en a partout, j'ai mis du temps parfois à trouver comment j'avais allumé les bandeaux multicolores. Mais c'est du détail
