We were thrilled with everything in this apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom had a wonderful, hot shower and all the needs a bathroom can offer. (We enjoyed the heated drying rack as we were washing as we went, in order to travel with lighter luggage.) The location was divine! Right outside our door was Victoria Park! Gorgeous walks and short cuts to great restaurants and shopping. I worried because it is a basement suite. But, once you are in you do not have the basement feel at all. The windows are big and offer lots of natural light. The neighbourhood had cafés, little shops and grocery stores. It was safe and quiet. It was perfect for us. Our son came and stayed for 3 nights with us and we all had our private spaces. Beautiful. Thank you.

The communication could have been quicker. There was an issue with the key code box. The batteries went dead. It was not a big issue and we dealt with it. The only thing was texts were not answered very quickly, so I ended up calling the number which had me wait on the phone. Once I got through, however, the problem was dealt with and the texts came quicker after the problem was dealt with. I prefer texting. It is safer to text than call, when it comes to phone roaming charges.

Good location and near public transportation to go to Berlin center. The room is cooler than outside due to being basement, which is a good thing during warmer days.

Price-value was good, but the room did not feel super clean. Ventilating the room is difficult and there were not many windows to open without getting rubbish from outside into the room. It lacked proper amount of drinking glasses. After a fault from our side, we entered the wrong amount of guests and we were missing extra bed sheets. It took over a day to get the extra bed sheets after paying an addition fee of 32 euros per person, where the booking website (even with a new booking) never changes pricing at 2-6 occupation.
