The property was spacious and clean. It is located on the 6th floor and there an elevator.
It is also located near the old Lecce. Easily accessible by foot. And it was easy to find parking because it’s outside the ztl.
The check-in process was painful and stressful. The app for the check-in did not work well. And our contact was not very helpful or accommodating compared to all the other location we went on this trip. We are usually ask to depart at 10:00 and usually we can check-in at 15:00 and often we were offered to arrive earlier so we could leave our suitcase and enjoyed the day. But here… Check-in was at 16:00… With no accommodation possible.
