Royal San Paolo - Roots Partenopee

The owners are a son, Antonio, and father, Ciro, who manage the property. Antonio communicated with us regularly in the weeks and days leading up to our trip. I was not worried at all about check in or contacting the property. The day before we checked in Antonio confirmed that his father would be meeting us there. They let us drop off our bags to the house early since we landed in Napoli very early in the morning, and they were able to accommodate an earlier check in of 2pm. The home is absolutely spotless and clean. The bathrooms are newly remolded and modern, and the beds are comfy. They also have strong AC in the bedrooms which was wonderful to come back to after enduring the insanely hot weather in Napoli. It was smack dab in the middle of Centro Storico, so many great restaurants, bars and cafes were quite literally steps away. I recommend Cafe Diaz. The streets in Napoli are old and narrow, and there are plenty of people walking in the middle of the street and sidewalks and it’s very lively. It was actually very quiet at night and we didn’t hear any noise at night while we slept. We felt very safe and comfortable since it was a quieter street in the neighborhood. We were provided with cold water in the fridge and clean fresh towels when we checked in, and other toiletries. They even provided a hair dryer, a flat iron and nail polish remover for the ladies. They literally thought of everything and made our stay very comfortable. This was our first trip to Napoli and Royal San Paolo made our visit and stay very comfortable. It felt very home-y and warm but still modern and had everything we needed. They even gave us a list of their favorite cafes, bakeries, restaurants and points of interests that they like. Overall really great!

It was not an issue but there are about 6 steps or so that need to be climbed to get to the apartment when you enter the house. Not an issue for us but anyone who would have an issue should know. Also the street can be difficult for taxi drivers to access depending on the time of day due to all of the foot traffic, so be ready to have to walk about a minute with your luggage but we were prepared to do this since we knew the streets would be narrow and harder for a car to reach.

This was a beautiful space. I loved the design and the owners were very nice and accommodating.

Nous avons eu une expérience absolument exceptionnelle ! Suite à une mauvaise surprise avec un précédent logement, nous avons dû trouver un appartement en urgence le jour même. Le propriétaire a été incroyablement réactif, disponible et bienveillant : grâce à lui, nous avons pu emménager le soir même, ce qui nous a littéralement sauvé le séjour. Le logement est impeccable, comme neuf, décoré avec énormément de goût et parfaitement fonctionnel. Il est idéal pour deux couples ou une petite famille : on s’y sent immédiatement bien, comme à la maison. L’emplacement est également parfait : situé dans le quartier historique, la majorité des visites se font facilement à pied. Le quartier est vivant et agréable, tout en étant très calme grâce à la cour intérieure. Un immense merci pour cet accueil et cette réactivité ! Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. ⭐

Fantastyczna lokalizacja w samym historycznym centrum Neapolu, wszędzie można dojść piechotą, mimo to do mieszkania nie dochodzi miejski hałas. Apartament wykończony w wysokim standardzie i idealnie czysty. Mili i uczynni gospodarze.

Ze względu na lokalizację w starej kamienicy brak nieco przestrzeni wspólnej- jedynie mały aneks kuchenny z barem i dwoma hokerami. Za to są 2 sypialnie i 2 łazienki.
